I've been thinking a lot about how my fanwalkers 'walk, and I'm pretty sure that Nailah disappears in a Aetherspouts/Devastation Tide type vortex. I can't decide on Dhuunyr though! I'm thinking dissolve into blue/black smoke, like the art on Reap Intellect? But I'm not sold on that...

Which of your fanwalkers would try to see how many marshmallows they could fit in their mouth at once?

Nailah not only would but HAS done that. The answer is 19. Her sister was in tears of laughter.

Gray wouldn't do it just to see- but he *would* turn it into a bet with some unknowing person, then shift a crocodile mouth and put ALL of them in. To win the bet, of course.

Being from Esper, what does Dhuunyr think of the Gruul? Did his spark ignite back when Alara's shards were still separate and isolated?

They disgust him in every way. When he sparked to Ravnica, he landed in the middle of Gruul turf and was nearly mauled to death by a ragebeast - not exactly the best first impression.

He lived on Esper for several hundred years before the conflux - it was a dozen or so years after he sparked that old Nicky B smashed the shards together.

What’s Dhuunyr’s favorite plane to visit?

That's a tough one! Probably Innistrad. Nobody bothers him and everyone's a little scared of him, just how he likes it. A close second would be Kaladesh, where it isn't hard to find an amazed inventor that wants to massage his wings.

What is the pettiest thing Dhuunyr has done with or without using his Dimir connections?

While definitely selfish, he tries to avoid pettiness. Not to say he's never done anything petty-

One time an Izzet mage blew by him in the air on some kind of jetpack, scorching some of his fur. He wasnt hurt, but the burned patch looked pretty dumb until it grew back out. So naturally, he pulled some strings, called in some favors, did a little threatening, and got that particular Izzet arrested by the Azorius for public endangerment

8: Dhuunyr wholeheartedly approves of other people indulging themselves. After all, indulgence is only a few steps removed from vulnerability, and vulnerability may as well be currency to someone in his line of work. For obvious reasons he tends to avoid indulgence himself, but when he's really wound up he sometimes goes to a crew he knows on Kaladesh. They always marvel over his wings, and give him the etherium equivalent of a deep-tissue massage. Of course he tells them he's there to help them learn about etherium, but really he's there because it feels so damn good.

50: No, not at all. His spark ignited when he tried to commune with the spirit of a long-dead sphinx and was nearly pushed out of his own body by it. He knows there's "life" beyond death, and he knows there's more significance to it than just energy/emotional remains. He regards death with a morbid curiosity- he almost wants to experience it, to see the other side, but he knows there's no coming back afterward. So no, he isn't afraid, but he's appropriately cautious of it.

I assume this is for Dhuunyr since he's the only OC I really post about on here.

Dhuunyr finds monotony boring, so he tries to avoid habits when he can. The only thing he does on a truly ritualistic basis is check and recast the proximity wards every morning when he gets up, every time he returns, and whenever he's about to sleep. Many would call that excessively paranoid, but I think it's a perfectly healthy amount of paranoia for someone to have when they work alongside literal thieves and assassins.
