Big shout out and thanks to Pet Emergency Center - Skagit Valley (14434 Avon Allen Rd, Mount Vernon, WA 98273) for VERY fast, efficient and compassionate care of my Mesoh when we had a minor diabetic emergency. At a herding clinic in Arlington when Miss Mouse got the wobbles - dropped everything and ran to the emergency clinic. Her blood glucose was 45. (Normal is 90-170.) They had a 13hour wait for "stable" dogs but got her in, triaged, and treated in less than 30 minutes and we are leaving 2 hours later with a VERY reasonable bill of less than $200, and a happy, healthy Mouse.
