To January 15 appears a big patch for Diablo 3 on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 which include a completely new area adds to the game.
Diablo’s community manager Brandy Camel says that Blizzard generally releases patches on Tuesday, but it is never certain. Therefore it is said that the patch comes out before January 15th.
Patch 2.4 includes a new area called Grey Hollow Island, complete with new enemies. However, this area extends the story. The area is designed for the Adventure mode, where players areas play again and again. Therefore Grey Hollow Island is optimized for multiple play sessions.
In addition, special dungeons are added to the game. Here are special challenges that are related to a specific equipment. Also added many new legendary items and powers. A complete list of additions and modifications can be found on Battle.net.
