Name - Siv
Age - 21
Climate - windy but not cold
Home size - medium
Other people or Pokémon? - No people, a Spritzee, an Alcremie, and a Banette
How many hours spent away from home for school/work? - 40 per week
Allergies or aversions? - allergic to pollen and feline dander, an aversion to sunlight
Anything else I should know? - I have anxiety, so a partner on the more predictable side would be nice. If it moves too quickly or if I have difficulty understanding how it might react, I'll get scared. I don't mind learning and getting used to the Pokémon, as long as I'll be able to predict it reasonably well after a few months.
Well Siv, it sounds like you’re looking for a partner that is a little on the easy side to care for, since you already have other Pokémon to care for, and spend a lot of time away from home. I’ve searched around the island, and found a few who would like to meet you that I believe you would be suited to care for.
Siv came to Foster Island, and after a few hours hanging out with the rescues, left with an Exeggcute named Ecoline who was turned in to us by a Pokémon Center. His previous trainer was only three years old, far too young to be caring for another living thing, and had been left unsupervised with Ecoline while dying eggs. The dye caused chemical burns, which eventually healed, however he was left permanently rainbow colored. The nurse Joy at the Pokémon Center convinced the parents of the kid that he was too young to care for a Pokémon, and they released him to the nurse. Although he is a team player, others of his species will pick on him for his coloration, and so had to be kept away from other Exeggcute while on the island. Ecoline does still require a little extra care due his burns; I recommend bathing him every two weeks with vinegar water instead of soap, and rubbing a little coconut oil into his shells every other day, especially after a bath. This Exeggcute should be kept out of high heat and direct sunlight for more than an hour at a time, and can wear an umbrella hat or use grass type safe sunscreen if they have to be out longer than that. His colors also make him stand out to predators, so keep him close by outside and watch out for flying and bug types. Exeggcute don’t eat much, but should snack once a day. Ecoline likes spicy berries. He also likes to sleep in a well fertilized flower pot with a leafy plant in it, if you can provide that for him. If Ecoline decides to evolve, he may or may not lose his colors; I’ve seen it go either way, however he probably won't continue needing the extra skin care. He will need more food, grass type, and more sun, however can be left outside by himself for a while if needed.
I do have to ask that you bring him back here in about six months for a check in, and to register him to your trainer I.D. as a safety precaution. Best of luck to you and your new partner!
