It’s a surprise, really. Diana hadn’t even realized she was hungry until Maria walked in with food. Seems as if she’d gotten caught up in her work again - she tends to do that quite a lot. “Smells delicious. What is it?”

It’s a nasty wound and it is constantly bleeding. It seems to be slowing as Fang presses fabric to slow the bleed but still, Diana can not help but be worried. It’s not in her nature to simply allow things to be instead of worrying.
“Here - let me. This is going to hurt a little.” But Diana is quick with her hand to snap it back into place for the other woman, the sound of it snapping back into place does not phase her, it isn’t the first broken bone she’d helped mend. “What happened? I know you said you got into a fight but something had to have started it.”

“There’s not even any music.” Diana begins in a futile protest as her hand is grabbed and Fang says something about dancing with her in the middle of their living room apartment. None the less, it makes her smile, and soon enough she’s wrapping her arms loosely around Fang’s neck and swaying to a beat that isn’t there. “You’re lucky you’re cute.” She teases, “I love you.”

As soon as Diana walks through the door to their shared home, the smell of various scents belonging to food hits her nose. It’s almost enough to make her mouth water. Going out, fighting crime, it works out an appetite and she’d be lying if she said she wasn’t hungry.
“Baby?” She calls out as she enters the home further and walks into the kitchen to see Fang standing there, finishing up the cooking. Diana walks up to her, wraps her arms around her from behind, and presses a gentle kiss to the back of her neck. “Smells delicious. What is it?”

“What? I can’t compliment my girlfriend just because I want to?” A teasing smile curls the corners of her lips upwards and her hand raises to cup her cheek as is tugged closer. She leans in for a gentle kiss that lasts only a brief moment. “I only wanted to remind you how much you mean to me, that’s all.”

It’s a sweet sentiment but he’s not going to get by with it, not if Diana has any say in it. She shakes her head back and forth, moving closer to him as enemies surround them. There’s at least five of them - out to get both Wonder Woman and The Winter Soldier. One of them comments about a price being on their head.
Seriously? They’re being hunted now? Do they not realize they’re dealing with a demi-goddess and an enhanced super soldier? It’s almost laughable. She would laugh if this wasn’t so serious.

“Mm. What can I say? Someone touches my girlfriend and I get a bit protective.” Hopefully, they hadn’t seen her fully. She doesn’t need someone outing her as Wonder Woman but she wasn’t going to stand back and do nothing.
A smile curls the corners of her lips up and she reaches over to press her lips against Fang’s right cheek in a gentle kiss. “Alright. Sounds good to me.”

“As much as I would love to come back to bed, I have a duty, Fang.” Maybe she can wait a little longer, though? Nothing seems too pressing. “Alright, alright. Maybe I can stay for a few more minutes.” She says as she climbs back into the bed to lay down beside Fang.
