was there a remake or newer version to the Arlong Arc? because i keep seeing posts where the art is more recent.. thank you, if you could let me know.

Yes, just google "One Piece: Episode Nami". It's remake but not the full arc. There's some scenes that's been cut like when Luffy got thrown to the pool. :D
