Go on anon and pretend to be my muse’s child!
“Daaad!” A young voice sounded loudly over the ruins. The young girl climbed over one of the broken walls and as she jumped down, a rock broke under her foot. Her long hair blew in the tepid wind and the sun that shone on her made the gray seem like a gold. She stepped quietly beside the figure who sat there, towering far above, and looked down from the roof toward the city. “Dad… Mom is waiting for us and she said something of a surprise for you! I didn’t understand her then! She was so excited that she squeaked, so I left quickly. But she talked about cheesecake and ‘old times’!” Hurriedly she raised her hand, so that Adriel did not even get the idea to start telling, because that was often enough for her to see how they both got along and loved each other. “Yeah, yeah… I know, you love each other very much!”

Seeing the child approach so suddenly he still gave her a smile. Just like her mother she managed to put a good couple of words into a small window of time. He could be glad to have mastered understanding it by now, because otherwise he would probably miss out on a lot. She interfered before he even said one word, leaving him to give a snigger to her reaction. “Already tired to hear about it? I probably shouldn’t have told you so many stories when you were still small! ...your siblings aren’t tired of it yet. Think I have to bother them about it.” Happily squealing just sounded like her mother. She’d always been so cheerful and happy abotu the smallest things. The Hunter moved over to her, being very carefully as he approached her and fluffed through her hair. “Now then you’ll hop forward. I’ll be right behind you sweety!”
