There are lots of things you can do with this perfect chicken breasts recipe. Besides the obvious just throwing some veggies with them and making them a meal you can use them for lots of dishes.
This recipe can be done in your Instant Pot or baked in your oven. It works the same just takes a little longer in your oven.
If you haven’t gotten an Instant Pot yet, I highly recommend it. I was skeptical about it at first but now I rarely take out my crockpot because the Instant Pot does it all. It makes having crockpotesque meals fast. No more waiting until Sunday when you have eight hours at home.
Instant Pot also makes cooking things like rice, chicken, squash and baked potatoes a possibility any night of the week.

1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts Package of three is about right
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp pepper freshly ground
2 tbsp Cooking oil of choice olive, coconut, or ghee work well
Instructions
Instructions for Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°
Mix all spices together in a small dish
Pat chicken dry with paper towel
Rub spices into both side of chicken breasts
Put a cast iron or other oven proof skillet over medium high heat
Add 2 Tbsp coconut or olive oil
Heat until you see some smoke rising to make sure it is very hot
Add chicken and sear 2-3 minutes per side
Place entire pan into oven and bake for 25 minutes
Instant Pot
Mix all spices together
After chicken breasts are patted dry rub both sides with spices
Add 3/4 cup water to your Instant Pot
Place chicken breasts on your trivet inside
Hit pressure cook, and change time to 10 minutes if frozen increase time to 12 minutes
When done you can quick release your pot
After cooking
Check the internal temp to make sure it is at least 165° or check to be sure that there is not pinkness in the center
Remove chicken and let rest for at least ten minutes before chopping or shredding
To shred, place the chicken into a stand mixer with the paddle attachment. Beat chicken until completely shredded. You can also use two forks.
