6: fingers kiss

She didn’t want to be here. Despite her protests, she had to come anyways. Freaking classmates being fangirls over idols. Currently, they were at the idol Ivlis’s variety show taping, and Shiki was glad that it was finally over. At least, for the taping. Her classmates had now dragged her over to where Ivlis would be having a little meet and greet with fans before leaving the premises.

Shiki was hoping to make herself as invisible as possible, but somehow, just somehow, Ivlis had spotted her and decided that the two of them had to meet. As he approached with a smirk, Shiki had that sinking feeling in her gut. It was like Kou Mukami all over again. From his good looks to his smirk, it just reminded her so much of him. Except for the fact that Ivlis was dressed as a devil and Kou dressed…normally.

However, instead of putting a flower in her hair, he took her hand and kissed her fingers, his mouth lingering for a few seconds. Shiki stared at him, wide-eyed as her classmates tittered again over how since it was Shiki, it was possible. Ivlis’s eyes slowly met hers and she averted her gaze, uncomfortable. Said eyes followed and gazed at her inquisitively, amused at her behavior.

"Thank you for supporting me." he told her in a cheery voice that sounded just as fake as Kou’s own cheery voice, before letting go of her hand and walking off to greet other girls. As he got further away, Shiki let out a breath that she didn’t know she had been holding.

Idols were lethal, dangerously attractive people.
