Tomorrow, Sunday the 18th of December at noon Eastern (9am Pacific), Dr. Dick Bierman (University of Amsterdam) will be giving a talk in Second Life on the EVRE sim (possible due to a grant from Linden Laboratories Endowment for the Arts), a beautiful and complex set of worlds devoted to consciousness, time and the paranormal. Bierman's presentation will focus on the problems of experimental parapsychology and end with an explanation of two new experiments that were conducted with an improved methodology designed to deal with what Bierman calls "the fundamental non-replicability of anomalous correlations". MadDutchScientist in Second Life, Dick Bierman's talk is one of a series presented for the citizens of and visitors to the virtual world Second Life (Dean Radin having spoken last week, and Julia Mossbridge set to present after Christmas).
