Since being created in 1940 Dick has become an incredibly resilient and popular character. He has survived every attempt by DC to get rid of him over the years. Dick has had some tumultuous times in comics but also in multimedia adaptations since his 80th anniversary! And fandom is as ever in flux. 🐦
85 years call for a special celebration! Given the abundance of great shipping events happening in the DC fandom by now, what do you say to using this week to look at, transform and/or (re)imagine the adventures and platonic relationships that have made Dick into the ground-breaking character he is? 🤸♂️
