#ThighDayFriday are my heavy #skwat days followed by some volume work. Worked up to a top set of 275 for 2 then finished it up with 4x5 at 250. 2x8 front squats and some #Didlifts. Gonna start taking measurements tomorrow to get into the mindset of cutting when it starts in May. Currently I've reduced my calories to maintenance so I'm getting my 🍕🍔🍟🍨 in before I start. #FitDadLife #DatAssDoe
This week is PR week! Yesterday was the day that I hit a new PR for #didlifts the top video is 335lbs for 1. Since it went up pretty fast I decided to add another 10lb plate to each side (should've gone for 5lb plates on each) and barely got it off the ground (bottom video). Funny how much heavier 20lbs is. #FitDadLife #IDontEvenLift I'm nervous for #Skwats on Friday as my current PR is 275lbs, and #Binch on Sunday 185lbs. #MaximumEffort
