i got out one of my frozen macarons and put it on my desk for after my shower thinking "certainly if i have a little treat to look forward to, i wont space out and spend an hour standing in the shower" and guess what

#didnt work.#at least i get a macaron #taking that shower has melted my brain into goo however because my blood pressure is like #on the low end of normal #so whenever i take a hot shower it kicks my ass #i did use my shower stool so it's not like i was gonna pass out or anything #but im like. made of marshmallow fluff for now #between that and already being very tired hgjhsdg #to the point that i saw half a mutual's url in my search bar from earlier #and i was like 'ounbgh......my friend.........i should send them an ask about how theyre cool and i like them..........'#but then i remembered that when my brain comes back online i will be unbelievably anxious about it #bc i have the kind o anxiety where if i tell someone i think theyre cool and enjoy following them. i think they will throw rocks at me #the sleepy 'my friebd!!! yayayy freind!!!!' is a temporary override but #anxiety.
