📵 𝗜𝗧 𝗪𝗔𝗦 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔 𝗗𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗗𝗘𝗧𝗢𝗫... This weekend, I gave my body, mind and soul (as well as my eyes) a break from the blue light of my phone. No scrolling socials. No reading posts. No computer. Just phone free time. Yes, I did answer text messages and phone calls. Can’t really turn the phone off when you’re on call... 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝘀𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸. You see, I had a bit of a traumatic experience on Friday and it really shook me. My fur baby and I were in a situation that was totally out of my control and there was nothing I could do at the time. 𝗜 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀. So, I was pretty out of sorts Friday night and I just couldn’t shake the feeling over the weekend. I didn’t feel like talking much, or interacting on socials, so I embraced the funk and used this as a chance to do a digital detox. 👉 Phone down and chillax on. Caught up on some jobs around the house. Did a little shopping. Got into the garden. Watched a few movies (I hardly ever sit still long enough to watch them!) 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱? My socials are still there. My page is still running. My groups are still going. The world is still spinning even though I wasn’t on my phone. 🤣 Sometimes you just need to breathe and take a break from the screen. 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗼𝘅??
