Literally just got gone with this. I tried something new, not the typical poem. Think of it more of a song, like a hardcore rap-rhythm song. Constructive criticism would be nice, but don’t message me and be a dick and say it sucks n shit. That’s just mean. Anyways..

Worn Out are an alternative rock band based in Quartu Sant'Elena (Cagliari - Italy). Their sound ranges from modern hardcore to indie rock, from brit to post-rock. With crunchy psychedelia, hypnotic bridges, dissonant and distorted sounds and dynamic, rhythmic systems mixed in with sweet insecure vocal melodies and a bit of screamo.
Born in July 2009, when the Okay Daisy (Martina's band at that time) had to replace their guitarist. Kočo (former voice and guitarist of Sar.Ca.Bronx, a punkrock band active in Cagliari in the 90's) was asked to join Martina and Luca in the band. At the beginning the purpose was to carry on with the Okay Daisy project. After one month they decided to take the band's sound to a higher level, inserting a second guitar. So Francesco, an old friend of Martina, joined the band. The experiment works out fine: Kočo's punk/hardcore attitude and Francesco's rock 'n' roll influences met the initial alternative/stoner vein of the band; but this made the sound totally different from Okay Daisy. It was clear that a brand new band was coming to life, and so a brand new name was essential: Worn Out were officially born.
At the end of 2010 Alessandro (INTRAZIONEs drummer) took Luca's place behind the drums, helping with his metal influences to make the bands sound even more peculiar.
On 25 November 2011 they published their first EP "a present for you", totally self produced, recorded and mixed by Gabriele Boi between January and March 2011 at the Sleepwalkers Recording Studio in Guspini (VS - Italy), and now they are working on their first full-length album
These guys are well worth checking out but for now they aren't heading to the UK....but watch this space......
