Headcanon: Yue, being a part of the Moon Spirit, has always been able to enhance other's waterbending - but so slightly that only little kids who just started to waterbend noticed it.

International Lefthanders Day
I am not a leftie but anyway.
Other possible lefties could be the Boiling Rock's warden and crabby women from Ba Sing Se ferry.
It's not a canon information but I noticed that these characters usually use their left hands for gestures/bending/etc. Here's a post about Katara if you're interested.
If you feel like it you can support me on Ko-fi. And your feedback will make the artist really happy!
Prince Ozai, hating playing flute
Headcanon:
It's @boromir-week again and day two - Son of Finduilas (again).
I fancy a thought that Finduilas might love harp and even played it herself because she's from the city of harp musicians. Why not? And when she got sick, nine year old Boromir decided to start learning harp as well to bring her some joy.
Since Boromir is very much unlike his father I always supposed he got his big loving heart from Finduilas.
She has died in less than a year and Boromir have not played harp ever since.
Vitiligo Yue.
@thisarenotarealblog gave me the idea and I find the possibility really interesting. I don't actually headcanon Yue having vitiligo but it looks nice.
Giving her new facial features again...
A little sketch of Blue and Kuruk, who's so done with this annoying water spirit.
The Blue spirit character is created by @chiptrillino.
A little bonus headcanon about avatar's crooked smiles: Kuruk has a protrusion of the top left canine (vestibular arrangement of anterior teeth). Idk, I saw that in real life and it makes the smile crooked, and also looks endearing and a little childlike. Deep down Kuruk's damaged soul still lives a boy who was so excited about his future...
Harutara 2025 week – element/nation swap
Katara lived in the Middle Ring of Ba Sing Se so she never heard of the war. When she learns the truth she's terrified that she wasted so much time while people were suffering - and now she tries with all her might to make it up for the world as well as change the ways of her city.
Haru needed special waterbending teaching and he was trained a little bit but due to the Fire Nation raids he didn't actually have teachers, and had to practice in secret so he wouldn't be caught too. He had to find some other place to study properly so he can start fighting for his homeland, for his people, for the world.
For @harutara-week-2025
Another Yue headcanon:
She was betrothed to Hahn the day after her 16th birthday. NWT is not a medieval Europe (some Venezia touch doesn't count) to engage literal kids. But 16 is a coming-of-age, the person could be married, the avatar could learn about being the bridge between humans and spirits etc.
That also explains Yue's inconsistent mood. At her birthday party she clearly flirts with Sokka, as well as the morning after. She has a very strong sense of duty, she'd never do this if she was engaged. But what if she was free back then?
It all changes in the evening at the bridge. She's sad and cold. She can't say Sokka what's wrong now – because she is engaged for less than a day, her life has changed completely and too quickly. She is confused and feels guilty for giving Sokka the wrong impression she could not turn back.
Poor girl.
As I said – my favorite characters suffer because I love them.
