What makes a deviant leader? // closed starter for @diefrcc
Detroit, November 11th, 2038. A warzone turned genocide as the deviant androids were destroyed one by one. Shot down, by the army and CyberLife's efficient deviant Hunter, the RK800 Connor. It proved to be the best fix to the problem of disobedient machines, the fix to a massive problem on a global scale.
And nothing annoyed Elijah Kamski more.
He expected humans to respond violently, as they did. But, he didn't expect the androids to be defeated so easily. Disappointing. He could almost feel the smug looks looking down on him from CyberLife. Oh how he wished he could teach them, show them just what he really thought. But, it was no longer his place. Though, the world saw CyberLife much differently now. Could they trust the company that creates these machines that nearly destroyed their city? What would they think of the man who ultimately created them? After all, Elijah left the company years ago. Perhaps they think he knew something. Or maybe they suspect it was his doing. No matter what they said, it was just gossip. No one could know the whole story, and no one would.
The morning after the androids were destroyed, after the snow had settled and all evidence of thirium staining the streets had evaporated, Elijah took to CyberLife. The company held two androids in particular that were of interest to him. The deviant leaders, revolutionaries in their own rights. They were destroyed, yes, but if there was anyone that could fix them enough to get one of them to talk, it was Elijah. He paid off the techs for their time, have them their years salary to allow him to work and not breathe a word to anyone, even cut off the security footage to the room, and went straight to work.
The pair were lying on tables beside each other, the RK200 on one side and the WR400 on the other. Markus and North, respectively, bullet holes in their foreheads. Markus wasn't an interest to him, he failed his duty. He was meant to lead the revolution to the bitter end, but he couldn't quite make it that far. But North... North was the fiery spirited other leader who lead her people into the ground. Oh she would be so interesting to hear from. He knew what he needed to do.
He covered Markus with a sheet, pushing the table to the side and went to work on the female. Fixing the brain of an Android was easy enough for him, it just took a long time. But, one he managed to reconnect the wires and repair to holes Connor had causes, she was ready. Ready to be risen from the grave and see just what it was that made her tick.
