Blacephalon is quite the jester. Estranged from its homeland, it finds itself seeking areas of high excitement and merry-making. Areas with frequent festivals may find one or two joining in the festivities or have tagged along with traveling troupes to utilize their natural skills to make attractions more appealing.
However, ones that have grown bored of this universe may end up getting into mischief. If they get into too much trouble, the Guardians of Starlight may hunt them down. Not many know what happens when they are caught, though the Tapus claim they are sent home.
