this is why i rp on jcink sites mostly, they don't require so many resources and there are tons of codes up for adoption to make things look nice w/o the stress of having to do anything yourself other than locating maybe three or four pictures of your fc.

I had a friend who got married at the courthouse so they could live together >> personally I would want to live with someone before getting married but whatever.

Were they dating beforehand? If they were, at least I get that since that’s a traditional approach to the whole thing, and if not then yeah, that definitely a big step to be making, But my uncle told us her parents wouldn’t let her date him since they’re religious, but apparently it was acceptable for them to get engaged to begin with so they could date???
