She also provides some easy meal prep options like oatmeal for breakfast, slow cooked chicken breast for lunch, pineapple for a snack, and ground lean beef for dinner. Additionally, for each meal she provides a caption with the grams of protein, fats, and carbohydrates. Lastly, she recommends drinking flavored water whenever you feel you need something besides water. I found that after watching this video, I learned about some healthier recipes I can implement into my diet.
