Racial Diversity
Diversity has had a rocky road, thanks to marketers who have used the term to the point of redundancy, turning it into a corporate buzzword. But the need for it remains, and its meaning has evolved significantly in a way that is impossible to ignore. Until recently, diversity referred largely to race.
What is Racial Diversity?
Race is a protected characteristic that refers to an individual's race, colour, nationality and ethnic or national origins. The Equality Act replicates the provisions of previous legislation. This further focuses on ethnic, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds and various lifestyles, experience, and interests.
Diversity can be measured across many variables including ; age, race, sex, economics, geography, religion,philosophy, etc.
Having variety in religious, racial, cultural, and geographic backgrounds as well as experiences, beliefs, and world view.This called Social Diversity.

Tomorrow I’m gonna start writing a book! It is/has adventure, supernatural, and romance! The main character will be Latino, a sibling will be African American, and some friends and some other important roles will be Korean, Italian and German!! I have friends that will give me info about the races so it will be correct!! Also the bad corporation is ran by a straight white male, like most of the corporations in today’s time since that’s when it is placed in time, aka 2015-2019. I am very excited to write this also will be posted on here and wattpad since those are the sites I have access to. I think I might also post on archive of our own and fan fiction.net!
