This takes after from the previous drawing because in the infirmary when Naruto asked Sakura the first time they were interrupted and she didn't get to answer him and she was nervous to get him one. The next day she tells ino about it and as they're walking through the village Naruto writes "Marry Me Sakura chan" on the hokage mountain surprising Sakura.
