Diffraction Entertainment continues to ship replacement counters for earlier versions of Blitzkrieg that had counter issues (which have since been resolved with the latest release). If you have proof of purchase and have a problem set of counters, please contact them directly. If you purchased Blitzkrieg v1.0, v1.2 from a retailer, ALL our retailers either have or will have stock of the counters by the end of next week at the latest as they are currently in the air out the country.
