And then I grabbed a couple other goodies. I traded my og copy of RTJ 3 so I had to pickup another one. Cool thing is now I have an extra poster and another set of stickers, which is tight. Some country guitar record that looked cool, & Fever Tree. Marlin sampled this on America’s Most Blunted from th Madvillain album. Plus they’re a TX based psyche rock band. I was digging one day at th local flea market and this guy was in there talking to th shop owner, asking him if he had anymore copies of this record, he wanted to buy two and he said I’ll sign yours as well so you have an autographed one for your collection. It was th organ player Rob Landes. I told him I’m a big fan and that I found out about them for on this guy I know Madlib - he said yeah, he used a loop of ours on a song about smoking pot I believe. My friend and so just cracked up right there. That was a real cool day. I had already bought th record and mine was home in my collection already but damn I wish I had gotten one signed that day. Woulda been a cool little keepsake meeting an artist you dug up while buying his record. Th track he sampled is called: Ninety-nine and One Half by Fever Tree.
