Reviewing the Game Boy Camera in 2021: A beautiful, twisted throwback

I bought Nintendo’s 23-year-old Game Boy Camera and despite many annoyances, shooting with it is a remarkably refreshing experience.

Literally everyone that could possibly see this post will enjoy this feature. And it’s not just a nostalgia trip either… I genuinely believe old limited digital cameras to be an essential, educational pursuit to better our photography. …and HOPEFULLY even a prompt for reflection on how excessive mobile photography has gotten.
