{♦} —; Cold, desolate, and dreadful. Hornet’s observation of the city outskirts did not bear fruition as she’d hoped. Without extra assurance that she’d manage out there, she had no desire of exploring further than she did prior. No soul, no spells, nothing. She’d have to rely on others to get around here, and she wasn’t quite too enthusiastic with that knowledge. She’d have to learn how to deal though, and so for the past few days she’d been watching the people come and go. Who was, and wasn’t helpful. She figured she’d make herself part of the former.
{♦} —; Hornet would take up one of the Mayoral Tasks that was posted. She would approach the outskirts of the city, dead set on beelining towards the Tea Tree Springs. Hornet’s fingers worked around the goggles, and the swimwear made her feel encumbered. She was.....uncomfortable with this prospect. One step at a time, she approached the surface of the pool, and then she finally dipped her foot in.
.....ತ_ತ no.
{♦} —; As relaxing as the waters were, it seemed that she couldn’t bring herself to jump in. It seemed that her distaste for going swimming hasn’t changed, and she looked around. Ah—so someone else was taking it up as well. All for the better at least, she didn’t want to do this.
{♦} —; “.....you’re that odd one that helps around here and there—very polite and useful. I surmise that you also arrived to assist in retrieving the item laid here? I was going to get it but.....I don’t like water unless I’m either benefiting from drinking it, or if it falls from the sky.”
