BlitzGreymon and CresGarurumon look so cool ngl.
But then you remember they're effectively, once more, Adventure fanservice (reboot, Adventure: specifically) which sours and ruins this a lot.
Because it could've been VictoryGreymon and ZeedGarurumon instead. Cool af Digimon and variants of WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon, that haven't been in any video game but Digimon Championship on NDS, Re:Digitize (PSP) and Re:Digitize Decode (3DS). All of them over 10 years ago.
Okay they're also in Digimon Masters Online and I thiiiink in Digimon RPG but I don't really count MMO appearance
VictoryGreymon and ZeedGarurumon should be staples in the games the way other Digimon are (like the Royal Knights, or the Burst Modes from Savers, ...), but naaaaah. I guess WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon variants don't deserve anything unless they were used by Taichi and Yamato in some fucking Adventure anime, or are the Black variants that are implemented as an extra cash grab.
Sparing you another "why more Omegamon???" rant today, though. That one is implied.
