This set of Renders are of a model real house that I created; the model, not the house. This house is based on a real house in Glendale, California. The original building sits on a hill, which would have been difficult to design around, but the architect of this house chose to make it a series of small rooms that each sit on a different height-level. To make this asset I created every model in Maya, and unwrapped unwrapped, also in Maya, created the UV layouts, and finally I textured each piece in Substance Painter and Photoshop. In contrast to much of my other work, this piece features a lot of textures that I created by hand in Photoshop, and minimal Substance Painter.

Most beautiful thing I've seen in a long time. Incredible model/sculpt by Lou LL. All the fine attention to detail kills me. Reminds me of some of the things I've painted in the past. I really love it.
