Today's lesson
Every day is a new begining, today was one of them. Day when I realized that every customer has their own expectetions, which are hard to fulfill as a company. What is great! WHY? Because those customers are greatest source of learning, to improve perceived service such as access; communication skills; mistakes; better responsiveness to balance epxectetions with perceived service. There is no straight answer ,, how to make sure that PS is bigger and better than ES?'' But the biggest one is IMPROVEMENT.
