Every day is a new begining, today was one of them. Day when I realized that every customer has their own expectetions, which are hard to fulfill as a company. What is great! WHY? Because those customers are greatest source of learning, to improve perceived service such as access; communication skills; mistakes; better responsiveness to balance epxectetions with perceived service.
