Comment if you think I'm right! #TBT to last week, when I moderated a panel on #DigitalizationinNigeria for the launch of @OgilvyNigeria, with the MDs of #AirtelNigeria, #MultichoiceNigeria, #MainOneCable, and #FirstBankofNigeria (Former CEO) ------------------------------------------------ Moderating is about making sure you tap into your panelists' expertise for the benefit of your audience, in a relatable way. Knowing a little about a lot is great, but you MUST do your research so you can ask intelligent questions! Also, know who in your network may be an expert in what you're talking about. For me, it was my brothers-in law, who are both super smart, and shared research and tips so that I could ask better questions. And finally, there was an unexpected timing change, but because I was well-prepared, I didn't have to "get ready" 😂 This is something my @ENATribe folks will understand! 😉 ------------------------------------------------ These tips aren't just for moderators.
