Monday E hënë Moon-Day • Who’s bright idea was it to start the work week on Monday, aka MOON-day? I have no idea, but I’m willing to bet a lot of money it was a man 🤣 • Of course, you could say it’s not that deep, this is just a day of the week, but each day carries specific energy with it. Each day is named after a specific entity or planet that carries specific energy and power with it. Hence, MONDAY – MOON DAY - e hënë • Mondays are not for seizing the day aggressively and getting shit done. Mondays are for starting slowly; an intuitive and meditative day. I think this is one of the reasons why so many people struggle to start the work week on Mondays; our bodies intuitively feel that these actions are not in alignment with the day (that and of course capitalistic exhaustion). • So if you’re feeling like you just can't get in the right head space and get on that “Monday grind,” it’s not just you. Try to take it easy. You can still be productive on Mondays, just in a more passive way. Plan rather than execute. If you usually feel sluggish or moody, keep that in mind when scheduling meetings or if you have to interact with others. And of course, try to get a good night’s sleep Sunday evening and stay hydrated! Aquarius season!

New Moon...

in Aquarius? Capricorn?? Not entirely sure, to be honest! All my sidereal Astro girlies staring at this post like YES BITCH, IT’S CAPRICORN 😆 But I’ve said it before & I'll say it again, I’m not an astrologer, I read energy & right now it feels a bit like both.

That being said, let's get into it!

This feels like a very cold new moon for lack of a better word & I really don’t want to say that because it has a negative connotation but that’s what it feels like! Everyone & everything has been a little annoying lately but w/mercury finally going direct & all other planets soon to follow as well, we are starting to feel the energetic shift. Kinda chilly, kinda calculated, very Capricorn energy. Like how is this going to affect me, how can I devise a game plan successfully?

This is the 1st new moon of 2023 so we wanna start it off on the right foot! However, it also feels very detached, very psychic-ly connected & authentic (very Aquarian), so keep your antenna tuned for those bursts of inspiration aka downloads. These are messages you’re receiving for a reason so don’t ignore them!

It’s like shaking the cobwebs out, throwing the windows open, letting in that fresh, crisp air & feeling rejuvenated. There’s a lot of Aquarian energy this year (Pluto enters Aquarius at the end of March) & we are going to see it reflected in every aspect of our lives: Ai, tech, finance, health, art, education, community, etc (I was actually going to go off on this tangent but I think that deserves its own post 😅).

Time will seem to speed up in the next few months so aim high when setting those goals & be honest with yourself! This is probably the most important thing. Tap into that true Aquarian energy & step into your weirdest, truest self. Be honest w/what you want & what your goals are. This is your life, you don’t want to waste it with could haves/should haves/would haves. The time is now! Utilize it!
