I’m so sorry, boo. You deserve better. I feel this way too. I’ve thought a lot about K ending our friendship in terms of a breakup, because it’s definitely hurt more than any romantic breakup I’ve had. :/ I think a lot of people actually feel this way or have had this experience, but we don’t talk about it much.
Just fyi we are never breaking up.

@dilkirani I KNOW!! I was an idiot who just wanted them to be friends so much that somehow I totally missed Fitz crush?? Not sure how?? So the pod took me COMPLETELY by surprise, and then I had to rewatch the entire first season and watch poor Fitz fall in love with his best friend. Oh, man, that was an experience. I'm not really a big shipper? I'm usually just happy if the characters are happy? But I couldn't help myself with FitzSimmons! The pod scene turned me from a casual fan into a super fan overnight. (I started dating this other guy over the hiatus, and I felt bad talking his ear off about FitzSimmons that I couldn't help it! I ended up having to join the fandom just to have an outlet and attempt to be a normal person in public. The guy was really nice about it, though.) And here we are! Over 100 fics and so many friends later! I'm glad you are one of those friends, Rani! Where would we be without that pod scene??

Bobbi pulled back the curtain and stepped into the small examination room. She paused for a moment, looking at the young couple that seemed unaware she had entered, entirely absorbed in an argument of sorts.
“You asked me to fix it!” said the young man sitting on the hospital bed and pressing a cloth soaked with blood to his forehead.
The young woman standing next to the bed threw one hand in the air. “Yes, well, I didn’t think you’d be so reckless about it!”
“I was plenty careful. It’s the bloody apartment with its ruddy lack of structural integrity!”
Bobbi decided that maybe she should move on with her workday. She cleared her throat, causing the woman to stop mid “Oh plea—!”
Both their heads shot in Bobbi’s direction, both with a rather deer-in-headlight expression.
“Leopold, I’m Bobbi Morse,” Bobbi introduced herself, taking a look at her clipboard.
“Fitz,” both of them replied in unison, causing Bobbi to squint in confusion.
“I prefer Fitz,” the man muttered at the same time the woman said, “He prefers Fitz.”
“Oh.” Bobbi couldn’t quite suppress an amused smile. “And you are?” she asked the young woman.
“I’m Jemma.” Jemma’s lips pulled into a beaming smile that caused her soft whiskey-brown eyes to sparkle. Bobbi couldn’t help but get lost in the deep golden ocean for a moment until she remembered the woman hadn’t arrived at the ER alone.

Nick said in that recent interview that even though Iain is primarily a Celtic fan, Man U is his English team!

What do you love most about FS?: Their love for each other–how they’re each other’s favorite person and even before they had any romantic feelings, they knew they’d be together forever in some capacity. The way they complement and support each other. Their general attractiveness 👌🏽 haha, just everything. Favorite FS moment: lol. Bury me with the medpod. Also FZZT, 3x17 kiss, sunrise (+ Jemma’s Maveth videos), all of their hugs. Favorite non-FS character: it’s been almost everyone at one time or another! For now I’d probably say Hunter or Daisy. Fun fact about yourself/something you’d like to share: I started writing terrible X-Files fic 15-ish years ago and that fandom is how I met some of my closest friends! Also Mulder and Scully action figures were my wedding cake toppers and our first dance was to Cher’s version of “walking in Memphis,” which is also an XF reference. I was sad we got married before AoS and my FS-obsession but my husband thinks my vows would have mentioned certain exceptions for Iain, so he’s okay with how it worked out haha. Recommend one thing (book, movie, show, etc.): tv show: parks and recreation and brooklyn 99. poem: “someday I’ll love ocean vuong” To do: visit a botanical garden. So far, I’ve never been disappointed.
