I’ve been looking forward to this chicken for 5 days. On Sunday I tossed a whole chicken into a dill pickle brine. Tonight it was so nice out I just had to get a fire going an use my @oklahomajoes offset smoker. I let the chicken smoke for about an hour at 225-250F, then loaded the fire box up and finished things off at 450F.
