BreadTalk’s popular Hazel Cacao (S$2) bun from their new range marry hazelnuts and chocolate in a chocolate natural yeast dough, dressed in buolo (菠萝) crumble. The fillings oozes a luxuriant and nutty blend of dark chocolate 🍫 and roasted hazelnut. The texture of the bread is a little coarse and chewy but the exciting chocolaty and nutty flavours was too darn good to miss and don’t forget that familiar crunchy bits in the buolo crumble.
