Ingredients: 1 cup of brewed ginger tea, chilled. 1 ripe banana. 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt. 1 tablespoon of honey. 1/2 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger. 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Make some ginger tea and let it cool down all the way. Chilled ginger tea, a ripe banana, Greek yogurt, honey, fresh grated ginger, and ground cinnamon should all be put in a blender.
