Starting Diluc Build
This is my Diluc. What should I start working on now? His Crit is fine, I think. But what of his ER, and do I need more EM if I run him with Sucrose, Xingqiu, and Bennet? Or is he fine. I don't want to move on to focus on a new character until I have him right. This is one of my Abyss teams.
