About Add and Aisha
They're two sides of the same coin. They're both of the opinion that their knowledge and skill in a particular area makes them better than everyone else. They're highly defensive and feel like they have something to prove.
Now, I'll be honest, I don't know much about Aisha. She REALLY doesn't fit my play style so I don't know her backstory that well. That being said, she gives me the vibe of measuring her worth on her skill and power. It feels to me that her magical ability was the only thing she was ever praised on and, whether it was true or not, she got it into her head that it was the one thing that gave her value as a person. Subsequently, losing it was likely very traumatic for her and caused her to doubt everything she believed about herself. So, she feels the need to prove that she's still of value which causes her to be hyper defensive whenever any aspect of her is called into question, whether it's her intentions, her ability, or anything else.
I talk abouy Add a lot and I don't feel like rehashing old points. I will say though that unlike Aisha, he was actively made to believe by his father that the only thing of value was technology and he was only valuable for his ability to use it. His defensive streak is a method of survival.
So while, naturally the two of them clash, I would say that Aisha is the more amicable of the two. Because Add's defensiveness stems from survival instinct, he's more likely to be absolute in his thinking, making him pretty immovable. Aisha on the other hand, does believe she is right, but if you bring well thought out points to the table, she'll at least chill out, and may just change her mind.
