Maria sighed as she sipped her coffee and set her phone down. It had been over a week since she had last seen her sister, and regardless of her leaving dozens of messages she still hadn't heard from her.
'I hope she's not in any trouble..' She thought as she picked up her purse and threw her cup away as she left the cafe.

That Night in Kensington
‘Where the hell am I?’
Those were the words that wrang through Maria’s brain as her tired eyes tried to take in her surroundings.
She shivered, feeling a light rain sprinkle down from the night sky.
’ Of coarse it’s raining..’ She frowned as she stepped out of the dirty alley way she had stood in, holding her breath as her barefeet tried to avoid piles of 'mud.’
A cold chill ran up her spine as her feet hit the cold cobblestone of the street.
'Cobblestone? When am I?’ She thought as she turned her back to the street to get a better look at the buildings and her surroundings.
