Thinking many are dingos and don’t know it. Here’s my case:

- many people do not know that dingos are their own seperate species, and not just feral dogs or an ancient dog breed.

- wolves and other popular animals get a lot of rep while dingos don’t really have any

- they are more diverse than many believe, and if it weren’t for politics that would probably have several subspecies and already are known to have three eco types

- they live in all sorts of environments including snow, mountains, desert, coastal, tropics, bush, forest, plains

- pre-colonial times there were two kinds - camp dingos and wild dingos

- some are completely wild, some feral, some pets, and everything in-between

- they come in a massive range of shape, sizes, fur patterns and length

- they can do WELL (not just manage) as both pets and completely wild (wild as in hunting on their own - not feral / living off of human stuff)

ok I just wanted to rant about dingos thank you very much and I want more folks to kinsider being a dingo because they always go to other canids first and I want dingo friends

I think it's an interesting thought! I know that I'm not a dingo since I know my caninekin is fluffier like a wolf, but it's something some people might want to take a look at!

Not knowing if your a dingo because you are a dingo, and were lead to believe your a wolf since most media positively engaging with canids is wolves and there’s loads of wolf content games stories therians and almost no dingo or if you just want to be a dingo / think u are cuz u don’t want your habitat to be on the other side of the world and know that you’ll never see you kin in real life

Yeah no theriotypes are confusing like that, it sucks that there's so little dingo rep out there. Hope you figure everything out!
