Depends on the background noise, music, yes... television, sometimes. I write whenever the hell I can, with a prattling roommate, on a crowded bus, with a cat sleeping on my legs. Alone or with people/animals. Whenever I can.

Thank you! I just had this very conversation. If it’s your photo or if the owner has given you explicit permission to do it, then that’s great, have fun. But to just take 2 fan photos and butcher them to promote your ship is so unbelievably disrespectful. Basically you’re taking a big stinking dump on someone’s special moment and that’s reprehensible.
EXACTLY. I was literally so disgusted when I saw that post. In all the time you spent photoshopping a person out of their own photo did you not think for 2 seconds that hey maybe this is a shitty thing to do? Like, those fans didn’t spend their money on going to the con, buying the photo op, and then waiting in line for it so you could just easily steal it for your own selfish reasons and photoshop them out of it.
