Purchased the seafood from Seafresh Claremont and it is really fresh. They sell live crayfish and will section it for you. The flesh is much sweeter when you purchase raw crayfish to cook at home (rather than buying cooked ones). The crayfish I got was $57 (selling at $89.99/kg). First time trying Honeycomb Cod and the texture of the fish was fine and soft.
