It’s 6:00 p.m., and your brain’s been fully engaged all day... until it comes time to decide what to eat. Suddenly, you don’t even know who you are anymore. You spend twenty minutes agonizing over it like you're making some life-altering decision. Should I have a salad? Nah, that’s way too healthy. But pizza? Also too dangerous.
