Ingredients: 1 refrigerated pie crust. 1 cup diced cooked steak. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup diced smoked bacon. 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper. 1/4 cup diced onion. 4 large eggs. 1 cup milk. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Place the refrigerated pie crust in a 9-inch 23 cm pie dish and trim any excess dough. In a bowl, combine the diced cooked steak, shredded cheddar cheese, diced smoked bacon, diced red bell pepper, and diced onion. In another bowl, whisk together the large eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Spread the steak and cheese mixture evenly in the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the steak and cheese mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly browned.
