Pterax the Pteranodon, leader of the Dinobians (Dinosaur/Mobians).
Years ago, there was a special scientific project developed to bring back dinosaur DNA. Six mobians were selected with distinct and supposed traits and relations to different certain dinosaurs. The project was independent, secret, and did not take volunteers. Pterax, not being his name at the time, was one of the unfortunate mobians taken to be experimented on, being a bird bird before his change.
Basically turning back the time on their DNA. Pterax's genetic code was mutated into a Pteranodon. All six were successfully changed into dinobians, but it was a long and painful process. One they would not take lying down once accomplished. Pterax rallied four of the other five to stand with him and do away with the people who mutated them. One, didn't want to partake in such violence and merely fled when they rose up. Pterax and the dinobians slew the scientists and overtook the facility, changing it to suit their own needs.

Pterax and the other vengeful dinobians, while now accepting of their forced change, they were not satisfied with their vengeance. If the world wanted dinosaurs back so badly, painfully changing them into ones. Then why not continue that mission? Pterax and the dinobians plan on refining the process, and bringing back the era of dinosaurs. With a scheme to turn all creatures back into their superior dinosaur relatives.
Pterax is incredibly smart and cunning. Through out the experiment, he managed to observe and deduce the labs weaknesses and strengths. Appling that skill he's comes with effective schemes, and is an effective leader. Able to rally the others to his plans, and execute their skills perfectly. He's also rather sinister and manipulative. Pterax does however care for his fellow dinobians, they all went through such pain, but were there for each other. Given their change and inability to go back from it, his vengeful heart, and the others' belief in his leadership and thinking he knows best is what drives him to their goal of total dinosaur domination.
