Here’s you and Rikiel spending a morning together <3

Both you and Rikiel had woken up with nothing planned for the day ahead. When you ask what he wants to do, he insists that the two of you stay in together. He would much rather get cozy with you in the comfort of his home than take you somewhere.

At the beginning of his day, he lazily takes to the bed or the couch to cuddle with you until he’s woken up slightly more. Once he’s more prepared for the day ahead, he suggests picking up some breakfast from a cafe down the road.

Before you came into his life, Rikiel had never considered going inside the cafe, even though it was so close to his residence. The idea of going alone always gave him slight anxiety, but when you suggested it one morning, your presence gave him enough confidence to walk through the door and ask for both of your meals.

When the two of you return with your food, he clicks through the television to find a simple movie that’s already partway through.

He offers to share his breakfast with you and would love if you did the same. In the past, Rikiel would usually worry about sharing germs and catching something, but with you, he’s more than relaxed about this, now that you’ve been sharing spoons and straws for weeks. At one point during your breakfast, the two of you even mix up forks and don’t remember which one belonged to who. Rikiel still proceeds to grab a fork at random and continue eating.

Normally, he wouldn’t have even eaten by this time of day, but having you around has motivated Rikiel to take better care of himself. He’s eating three meals a day, and he’s been drinking plenty of water because watching you love him has inspired him to love himself.

In return, he’s constantly checking in on you, to ensure that you remember to love yourself just as much as he loves you.
