33. I never really gave much thought about it. If that person is a serial killer or mass murderer, definitely. Also if the person inhumanely murdered someone, he deserves the death penalty. It's abolished here in Australia but there's a few crimes that happened which I find unfair due to the murderer getting life imprisonment.
