This salsa dip recipe is so good, you might just want to drink it! It's bursting with fresh flavors from ripe tomatoes, onion, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice.
Ingredients: 4 ripe tomatoes, diced. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. Juice of 2 limes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, diced jalapeno pepper, and chopped cilantro should all be put in a bowl and mixed together. Add salt and pepper to taste, and then squeeze lime juice over the whole thing. Mix the ingredients together well until they are spread out evenly. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors mix. Serve with tortilla chips or any other food you like to dip.
