Made some tiny diplocaulus plushies today and this photo I took of them sunbathing after taking a bath is really getting me for no reason.

Full disclosure: I wanted to paint a sacabambapsis. They are such weird little guys who could either be happy little torpedos or eldritch nightmare creatures based on the record we have of them and I love that. I love that they're a meme! I love that this long dead creature is iconic!

I didn't want him to be all alone though so I looked up some other fossil recreations and found this really cool looking proto-salamander to paint with him.
