Highlights of Day 2 in #champagne 🍾 @arlenoble great visit by Antoine Malassagne, with his Pure, elegant wines with great structure! Perfectionist but intellectually realistic philosophy of the house is the foundation of these jewels - one of my favorites! 🍾 @krugchampagne - oh la la la!! Super warm and attentive. The entire visit and tasting was a pleasure as Krug aims the communication of its wines. Uniqueness of the Krug is in the addition of all the details. 🍾 @louisroederer - elegance, freshness and finesse in the mousse. É um monte de formações por pseudoconhecedores que pouco fizeram além de ler sobre vinhos e arrotar um pretenso conhecimento. Querem saber de alguém que realmente tem propriedade pra falar? @igorberon ! Esse sim, Dip WSET, Master of Wine Business, independente, paga pelo que bebe, empreendedor é realmente conhecedor dedicado e apaixonado pelo assunto. Então é isso: não tem pra Wineinfluencer, winecascateiro e tudo mais: o cara é o Igor! Não estou dizendo que tem só ele, mas que como ele, são poucos.
